Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need socks?

Children & Adults are required to wear socks on all play equipment. Shoes and bare feet are not allowed. Bare feet are unhygienic and are dangerous on the slides. Shoes damage the equipment and may cause injury. We sell socks if required.

Can I bring my own food?

No, there is a fully stocked kitchen/cafe with a wide variety of food and drink. Baby food is an exception.

How long can we play for?

Each admission ticket entitles you to a single entry unlimited play for the day. We do not give pass outs.

Are adults allowed on the play equipment?

If a child requires assistance we allow the parents to assist their children.

Can I leave my children at Monkey Mania?

Parents are not allowed to leave their children in the centre without a guardian (at least 18 years or older), unless they have signed up for the Drop ‘n Shop/ Drop ‘n Dine Service service.

The Drop ‘n Shop/Dine service allows parents to leave children aged 5 years and older to be left in the care of Monkey Mania for up to three hours. Please see the Drop ‘n Shop/Dine section on each location page for further info. (Not available at Bankstown).
